This report examines the challenges facing those attempting to re-enter the workforce in the war-affected oblasts of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk, which collectively have nearly 3.2 million people in need, according to OCHA (see below). It explores the prospects for employment (and self-employment in particular), the development of the micro-business and business sectors, and the obstacles to finding employment.
